The New Keystone BLACK is Jackson Grills’ entry level series. It does not compromise on quality materials; using a stainless steel grill head, burner, grates and ALL fasteners. As with all Jackson Grills, these are designed to impress with evenly distributed searing temperatures reached in under 10 minutes. With a total grilling surface of 370 square inches (Primary: 268 sq. in. Secondary: 102 sq. in.) and an included 9500 BTU side searing burner, The Keystone BLACK 400 is perfect for the person looking to grill steaks, veggies and fish.

We offer Setup and Delivery within the Greater Vancouver Area. North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Cloverdale, Surrey, White Rock, Abbotsford, Langley, Delta, Chilliwack, Whistler, Squamish, Pemberton and the entire GVRD.

You must call our stores to arrange delivery dates. Deliveries are scheduled by phone in North Vancouver at (604) 985-0234. Please note we cannot offer next day delivery. We will do our best to fit you into the next available slot.

What's included with my delivery?

Our delivery teams will: Fire-test the product to ensure consistency of flame height and ignition, if there is a connected gas line, or LP tank filled (excluding built-in grills).

Check to insure all components are complete. Recheck fit and finish of barbecue. Demonstrate how to turn the BBQ on/off. Present owner's manual.Recycle your old grill, if requested. Our delivery teams are not able to: Run gas lines. Connect NG built-in barbecues to gas line. Deliver or fill LP Tanks.

Jackson Grills warrants the following materials and workmanship to be free of defects for as long as you own the grill subject to the conditions below:

10 year plus 5 Warranty: (from date of purchase); Jackson Grills will replace (at our option), any defective stainless steel part from the below list for the first 10 years. From 11-15 years, Jackson Grills will provide 50% of the current retail price of the stainless steel:

• Handle
• Warming Shelf
• Outer Pedestal System
• Inner Hood
• Firebox
• Cooking Grates

First 5 years: (from date of purchase); Jackson Grills will replace or repair (at our option), any defective part in the list below, at no charge. From 6 years to lifetime, any defective part in the list below will be replaced or repaired (at our option) at 50% of the current retail price the following parts:
