You must call our stores to arrange delivery dates. Deliveries are scheduled by phone in North Vancouver at (604) 985-0234. Please note we cannot offer next day delivery. We will do our best to fit you into the next available slot.

What's included with my delivery?

Our delivery teams will: Fire-test the product to ensure consistency of flame height and ignition, if there is a connected gas line, or LP tank filled (excluding built-in grills).

Check to insure all components are complete. Recheck fit and finish of barbecue. Demonstrate how to turn the BBQ on/off. Present owner's manual.Recycle your old grill, if requested. Our delivery teams are not able to: Run gas lines. Connect NG built-in barbecues to gas line. Deliver or fill LP Tanks.

Jackson Grills warrants the following materials and workmanship to be free of defects for as long as you own the grill subject to the conditions below:

Lifetime: (from date of purchase); Jackson grills will repair or replace (at our option), any defective stainless steel:

• Handle
• Outer Pedestal System
• Inner Hood

10 year plus 5 Warranty: (from date of purchase); Jackson Grills will repair or replace (at our option), any defective stainless-steel part from the list below for the first 10 years. From 11-15 years, Jackson Grills will provide 50% of the current retail price of the defective stainless-steel part from the list below:

• Burners
• Cooking Grates
• Rotisserie Burner
• Warming Shelf
• Firebox

First 5 years: (from date of purchase); Jackson Grills will replace or repair (at our option), any defective part in the list below, at no charge.
