OONI Karu 12G Multi-Fuel Pizza Oven

The Ooni Karu 12G ain’t called the “most advanced portable pizza oven” for nothing. Like its big brother, the Karu 2 Pro, the 12G packs a lot of tech and intuitive design touches into its sleek silhouette.

The most obvious is the borosilicate glass door (with the same ClearView™ tech found in the Karu 2 Pro) at the front of the oven. It also has an integrated analog thermometer that can tell you, at a glance, the right time to launch your pizza. When the optional gas burner* is attached, the 12G offers outstanding efficiency. That’s a pretty handy trick if you don’t want to lug around a bunch of fuel when you’re cooking on the go.
